Dear Members, this post is in response to some members sometimes trying to coach other members. While helping out our fellow CFSers is very admirable, it’s sometimes dangerous. If you see a fellow member moving in a way that you think could be flawed, then you could tell a coach or you could tell that person to ask a coach for help. However, direct member to member coaching is not something that we do a lot of at CFS. The thing is, some of our members could be AMAZING coaches today and can really help out other athletes. However, there are other members who are younger in their experience and possibly unaware of what they don’t know.
