Back Squat – 5 sets of 5 reps – “Building”

The term “building” implies that you 1st set of 5 reps will be relatively easy and you will add weight for each successive set so that a max will be reached by the 4th or 5th set. If you max out by set 4, then complete an easy set of 5 reps for your final set.

65 Thrusters for time (95/65) Rx+ (115/75) —Strict 12 min Time Cap—

Every time the barbell is dropped or even lowered below the shoulders, complete 10 lateral burpee bar hops.
