Row 5000 meters as a Team
From Min 1 to Min 5, athletes can only row so long as their partner is holding a Pushup Position. When your partner break pushup position, you must get off the rower and hold your own pushup position so that your partner can start rowing.
From Min 5 to Min 10, athletes can only row so long as their partner is holding the top of a deadlift (135/95) with a double overhand grip without a hook grip. When you partner drops the bar, switch.
From Min 10 to 15, athletes can only row so long as their partner holds a side plank. When you partner’s side plank breaks, switch.
From Min 15 to Min 20, athletes can only row so long as their partner is hanging from the rig (from their hands). When your partner drops, switch.
From Min 20+ teammates can switch whenever they want and there is not other movement necessary to determine switching points.
