Athletes, use DBs only to the degree that they improve your position so no need to go heavy. Watch out for a slightly rounded back and/or poor weight distribution on the working foot. Athletes can scale by limiting their depth and/or holding onto the rig for a little support.
WOD
150 Alternating DB Reverse Lunges (50/35)*
Every time you bring the DBs down from your shoulders, please complete 35 Double Unders (Rx+ 25 Triple Unders)
*DBs are to be held per 2017 Open rules
