Straight Arm Band Pulldown – 2 min AMRAP x 1 set

Partner WOD

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Bench Press (75/50% bodyweight)

Squat Snatch (115/75) Rx+ 135/95

 

Athletes, in teams of two, teammate 1 must complete all 10 reps of their bench press before teammate 2 can begin their set of 10 reps. Once both teammates have their 10’s done on the bench press, they can begin to complete their 10 reps on the squat snatch. For the Squat Snatch, any teammate order or rep scheme is allowed. Only after both athletes have completed their 10 squat snatch, can they then go back to the bench and start working on their set of 9 reps. Again, all 9 benchpress reps have to be completed by teammate 1 before teammate 2 can begin their set of 9 reps.
