Event 1 – Erg Bike – 1 Min Sprint for Max Calories – any damper level allowed –
Event 2 – Max Unbroken Wall Ball (20/15) – when you stop moving, you’re done! –
Event 3 – Max Unbroken Double Unders
Event 4 – AirBike – 30 Second Sprint for Max Calories
Event 5 – Row 50/40 Calories As Fast As Possible – any damper level allowed –
Event 6 – Max Time Hanging from the Pull-Up Bar – No taped bars allowed –
Event 7 – Max Time KB Farmer March (70/53) – When you stop moving, you’re done! –
Event 8 – Max Unbroken Push-ups – Once knees touch floor, you’re done! –
Event 9 – Max Burpees in 1 minute to an OH Target – small jump
Event 10 – Max Ground Touch to OH Target in 1 Minute – worst name ever for a movement – go for 50!
