Back Squat – 5 Sets of 5 Reps

Start at 75% of your 1 Rep Max and build in weight, if possible.

1 Round –  10 Minute Time Cap

100 Air Squat Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Rx+ Hold onto a 20/15# MB for the squat and the box jump over
