Front Lever Pulldown with Bands – 5 Minutes

Warm Up and Go

WOD

3 Min AMRAP – 9 Min rest x 3 Sets

Sled Push + Sled Drag w/ Ring (30/10)

 

-During both 9 minute rest periods, athletes must complete 35 DB Curl to Overhead Press (25/15)

-Completing these reps don’t contribute to your score but they must be completed at (25/15) for an Rx score.

-Scale down the DB weight to allow for proper form throughout.
