As many of you know, a longtime member of CFS suffered a serious cardiac event yesterday morning during his workout. The amazing members of the 9:30 class saved this man’s life and he is currently in stable condition at the hospital after receiving treatment. By all accounts, he was very lucky to be where he was when this happened – surrounded by medical professionals, with an AED available. Thank you to everyone who helped save a life yesterday with your skills, bravery and quick action.
This is a strong and important reminder that even the fittest individuals are vulnerable to these events, and we must always prioritize safety above all else. Our commitment to you is that we will always do everything in our power to improve and protect your health and well-being.
