In Team of 2, with a 20 min running clock, accumulate as many calories as possible on the rower + as many burpees as possible + as many lateral box step overs (20/16). Every 2 minutes, team members must switch from one movement to the next with Team Member 1 starting on the rower and Team Member 2 starting on the burpees. At the first 2 minute mark, Team Member 1 goes from rowing to burpees and Team Member 2 goes from burpees to lateral box step overs. At the 4 minute mark, Team Member 1 goes to the lateral box step overs and Team Member 2 goes to the rower. For 20 minutes, teammates must keep this order going. All calories and repetitions count as 1 point for your team’s total score.
