WOD

10 min EMOM

4 Deadlifts per minute

– Heavy Weight – The goal is to lift as much total weight as possible over these 40 reps without killing yourself – General Advice 225/155 (Rx+ 275/185) – If you got more, go for it!

Immediately followed by FOUR LAPS around the block. All athletes much switch directions per lap…FOR TIME
