Reminder!!!

New flooring is going in today in the locker rooms and front desk area! The installers will arrive around 9am and expect to be done by 6pm. The lockers, TOILETS and SHOWERS will not be accessible. The toilets have already been pulled so if there is an emergency, you are out of luck. Morning folks, you are not going to find many available toilets within walking distance of the gym. For example, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken opens at 10:30 AM. Dunkin’ Donuts on Erie is open at 5AM and would be a good pitstop before coming in to CFS today. Ellen and I know this is inconvenient but weekday installation was our only choice and we believe this is better than closing. Please come in the side door!

30 Second AirBike Sprint (1 cal = 1 point)

immediately followed by

60 Second KB Swing AMRAP (53/35) Rx+ 70/53 (1 rep = 1 point)
