Durability

Single Leg RDL + Skater Squat

1 Minute per side x 1 set – Use AbMats to make the skater squat easy

Skill/Strength

Squat Clean – Build up to a heavy single, then take 10-15% off and complete 3 more singles

10 Squat Cleans (205/135)

20 Strict Handstand Push-ups (Rx+ 25# plate deficit)

30 KB Turkish Get-Ups (53/35)

 

Athletes, the definition of a strict HSPU is a rep that starts at the top, with elbows, hip and knees totally open and locked out. Then you go down and come up while keeping your knees totally straight at all times.

A very hard movement for sure. Today we are all going to scale with strict movements as much as possible.
