Today is not your typical CrossFit workout. Today is a “Structural Day” where the goal is to build resilience, balance and functionality. Typical CrossFit workouts certainly accomplish those three goals, however, there are lots of amazing movements that don’t work well when done for time. Enjoy!

4 Stations – 5 Minutes of Work per Station – 1 Minute Transition time b/w Stations

Station 1 – 1-Arm Bent Over KB Row + KB Halo

Station 2 – Medicine Ball Pec Hold + Lateral Box Step Over

Station 3 – Sled Rope Pull

Station 4 – Wide Grip Push-Ups
