Band Pull-Apart & Pec Walk – 1 minute per movement x 1 set

1-Arm DB Overhead Squat

-Practice & Discuss Scales with Coach

-Work up to WOD weight

-Build up to a heavy set of 5 reps each arm if you’ve got this movement down

WOD

20 min AMRAP

25 AbMat Sit-Ups

20 Calorie Row

15 Pull-Ups (Rx+ Chest to Bar)

10 1-Arm DB Overhead Squats (50/35)

 

Athletes, the OH squats are 5 reps per arm and you must complete all 5 reps on 1 side before moving onto the opposite side. If you cannot perform 1-Arm DB Overhead squats without significant compensation and position compromise, then please complete 20 DB Goblet Squats.
