Bent Over W’s – Light weight – high reps x 3 sets – short rest b/w sets

Skill/Strength

Push Press – Work up to a 5 Rep Max, then -10 to 15% for 3 more sets of 5 reps

WOD

15 Min EMOM

1st Minute – 18 Back Squats (45/35) Rx+ 75/55

2nd Minute – 6 Handstand Push-ups (Rx+ 45# plate deficit)

3rd Minute – Row (Max Calories)

 

Score = total calories rowed – any missed back squats or HSPUs
