Please use a weight slightly heavier than whatever you used for the April benchmark

If you didn’t do the April benchmark, then please shoot for weights that give you 8 to 12 reps before you reach fatigue

Athletes, we are going for normal target heights today with heavier than normal medicine balls. Ladies, we have many many 20# medicine balls but fellas, we only have seven 30# medicine balls at the gym.
