The list of CFS athletes who have cured their minor joint pain by incorporating regular “Internal Torque” movements continues to grow. Joint disfunction, due to muscular imbalance, does not always express as pain but it always steals performance.
I regularly get feedback from our most accomplished and competitive athletes that their “toes to bar” or their “box jumps” have noticeably improved after incorporating what you all will be doing today. So whether you are trying to rehab or make gainz, today is for you.

WOD
10 Min AMRAP
Sled Drag
10 Min AMRAP
Sled Rope Pull
10 Min AMRAP
Sled Walk
For larger classes, we will have teams of 4 people per sled at the maximum. Smaller classes will have fewer athletes per sled and the opportunity to do more work. Athletes should be using loads on the sled that achieve fatigue within 2 laps or less.
Today is about quality movement in “Internal Torque”. If you want to pull the sled “your way”, then you can do that in Open Gym but not in group class.
