WOD –“Becky’s Redemption”

Coach Mike and Coach Becky went head to head for the past 5 weeks in an Open showdown, and Coach Mike came out on top. Before the Open started, members voted in a Facebook poll to determine the loser’s punishment. You sick sick people decided that 300 burpees to an overhead target was an appropriate punishment. In a show of solidarity, we will be doing this along with Becky for the WOD today.

300 Burpees to an Overhead Target for time

40 min time cap

 

Athletes, feel free to scale this workout to whatever time domain or rep number that agrees with your mental health. I foresee athletes starting slow, taking long breaks, ending early and generally going through this without the goal of completing all 300 reps. Please listen to the messages you body sends you and respond to them like a responsible adult.
