The final days of the 2018 Open and what a wild ride it has been. If today is your first crack at this WOD, good luck and stay efficient. Have a pace strategy so you know when and where you will break up your thrusters and pull-ups and have a goal. If this is your second time, then you need to have a very clear strategy for beating your first score. Efficiency of movement and pace are the keys to success today. If you are slow and sore during the warm up, then please do yourself a favor and skip the retest, jump on a bike rower, burn through 10 to 15 minutes and call it a day. Best to be fresh for the post-season…it’s going to be fun.
Good luck to all.
