Practice this movement for 10 Minutes

Muscle Cleans should be performed with light weight

We are doing them today b/c it’s fun to practice something new and a good warm up for the WOD

WOD

20 Min AMRAP

25 Burpees

15 Bodyweight Deadlifts (Rx+ Double Overhand Grip)

 

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the Friday Night Lights of 2018. Thank you to all the spectators who cheered, all the athletes who showed grit and courage and a special thank you to all the judges who worked hard for their peers. It was a great night and I think we need to try and do something like this again soon!!!
