OPEN Workout 18.2
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats
Bar-facing burpees
Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells
OPEN Workout 18.2a
1-rep-max clean
Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND 18.2a
Rules to know –
You cannot squat clean any DB squats. All DB squats need to be begin from a complete standing position.
The DB at Shoulder Standard Has Changed! They can be held from wherever you heart desires!
In 18.2a, athletes can do a power clean or a squat clean but all forms of the hang clean are prohibited.
If you scale 18.2, then your 18.2a score will be scaled as well.
Judges are highly encouraged to change the weights for their athletes during 18.2a
