For those who want to maximize their Open score, Thursdays should be an active recovery day. Come into the gym, foam roll, warm up a lot, do some movements, durability stuff, no heavy breathing, no weights, only empty barbells, nothing dynamic. Otherwise, just stay home and relax but no working out.
