AMRAP Sled Push In Remaining Time

-1 Length = 1 Point

 

It is important that athletes understand the requirements of a workout with a 2:1 work:rest ratio.  If you go out “soft”, you won’t realize the full potential of the workout. You must suffer in a workout like this in order to achieve the desired stimulus. Just remember that the mind commands and the body obeys.

 

HEAT START TIMES

Heat 1 – 0:00 – 6:00 – 12:00 – 18:00 – 24:00 – 30:00

Heat 2 – 1:30 – 7:30 – 13:30 – 19:30 – 25:30 – 31:30

Heat 3 – 3:00 – 9:00 – 15:00 – 21:00 – 27:00 – 33:00

Heat 4 – 4:30 – 10:30 – 16:30 – 22:30 – 28:30 – 34:30
