40 Minutes AMRAP – Teams of 4 – 1 Athlete working at a time
Sled Push – 2 Laps (45/25)
Sandbag Carry – 2 Laps (100/75)
Athlete 1 will start the WOD by completing their 2 laps of the Sled Push. They will then immediately move onto the Sandbag Carry and complete their 2 laps. Once Athlete 1 has returned from their final lap with the sandbag, then and only then can Athlete 2 begin their sled push.
