EVEN – 15/12 Cal Row
To scale the Pike DB Handstand Push-ups, shown below, athletes can use bands attached to the rig to help raise them up. Loop the band around your waist. They can also do seated DB Overhead Press for 6 reps and then hold the top of the pike DB Handstand Push-Up for a certain number of seconds.
