6 Minute Farmers Carry Relay – In teams of 3, complete as many gym lengths as possible, with one athlete working at a time, while holding 1 KB in each hand (70/53).

WOD

5 Stations – 90 Seconds Per Station – No Transition Time – Three Rounds

Station 1 – AirBike (1 Cal = 5 Points)

Station 2 – Inverted Barbell Rows (1 Rep = 1 Point)

Station 3 – Deadlift (155/110) (1 Rep = 1 Point)

Station 4 – 1 Arm DB Push Press (45/30) (5 Reps each side = 5 Points)

Station 5 – Rest
