Durability 

Jumping KB Deadlifts – 5 Sets of 5 Reps

The goal here so to jump as high as possible through leg and hip effort during a Sumo Deadlift with a KB. Weigh yourself down enough so that you don’t get too much air time. Land and step up carefully b/w reps – rest 30 seconds b/w sets

Deadlift – 5 sets of 1 rep – 2 minutes rest b/w sets – Heavy

1000 Meter Row

Immediately followed by

4 Rounds

15 Deadlifts (185/125) Rx+ 225/155

20 Push-Ups

Immediately followed by

500 Meter Row
