Benchmark WOD “Chase”

Chase Elliot recently turned four years old on!!!

To honor this future CrossFit stud, CFS has dedicated a benchmark after him

The “Chase” written by Mr. Elliot himself

Chase was born on 2/1/2013…This young man was 6lbs, 13oz and 19″ long

Weighted Side Plank – 30 seconds per side – heavy as possible

Build to your Power Clean weight for the WOD

Set up and warm up

19 min AMRAP

2 Muscle Ups

1 Power Clean (225/155)

20 AbMat Situps

13 Pullups

6 Deadlifts (225/155)

13 Toes to Bar

 

-Scale the 2 Muscle Ups to 4 Chest to Bar or 4 Pullups

-Scale the 13 Toes to Bar to 26 V-Ups if you cannot perform hanging high knees
