Durability 

Straddle Side Plank – 1 min per side


Skill/Strength

Deadlift – 60% of your 1 Rep Max – 1 Max Touch-n-Go set in 60 Seconds

3 Minute rest b/w sets - 4 Sets

-If you drop the barbell or the barbell resting on the floor, then the set is over and your rest period has begun.

-Touch-n-Go is the requirement but you are allowed to rest at the top of the deadlift for a moment if necessary

50 Burpees

50 DB Anchored Wall-Facing AbMat Sit-Ups
