In Team of Two…With Both Athletes Working At The Same Time…Complete The Following Work In The Following Order
Task 1
100 Calories AirBike
100 Calories Rower
Task 2
2500 Meters Run with 10# MB
2500 Meter Run (regular run)
Rules – during task 1, athlete one will be biking while athlete 2 is rowing and the team can decide when they need to switch machines. Once one machine has reached 100, then both can trade working shifts on whichever is left. For the run, the team needs to complete 20 trips to the stop sign and back so athlete 1 can do all the MB runs while athlete 2 does all the regular run or the team can decided to trade whenever they like. Both athletes run at the same time.
