30 Alternating DB Reverse Lunges (45/30) DBs Held at Shoulders

 

Notes – You NEED lots and lots of lower leg protection. 1 layer of socks is not nearly enough. We are talking multiple knee sleeves or socks + a tape job. If you don’t come covered, then you cannot climb the rope.
