2 Minutes of Work (135/95) or heavier is possible

Minimum work requirement is 30 seconds at the start of the 2 minute period

Squat Snatch

Work to a Heavy Single

WOD

5 Rounds

5 Squat Snatch (95/65) Rx+ 135/95

10 Burpees

20 Military Style AbMat Sit-Ups

 

Notes – If you should go heavier than Rx but you shouldn’t go Rx+, then go Rx Almost Plus :) Use whatever weight is perfect for you.
