Some might tell you to pace this workout, to not begin the first 15 to 20 seconds will a full effort but instead a 90% effort. I am not going to recommend that. Instead, I am going to recommend that each athlete attempt to reach maximum Wattage on the Bike for each interval and then simply try to keep up as fast a pace as possible once the peak wattage passes.
