Durability 

Single Leg 1-DB RDL

20 Reps per leg x 2 Sets

1 Arm DB Thruster

WOD

4 Rounds

4 Min AMRAP

25 1-Arm DB Thrusters (45/30) Rx+ if needed

AMRAP Sled Push OR AMRAP Cal AirBike

—1 Cal = 1 Point—

—1 Length = 5 Points—

 

Rules – 10 Athletes will start at minute zero but 5 of them will move onto the Sleds while the other 5 move onto the bikes. That group of 10 will work for 4 minutes and then rest for 4 minutes. On minute 8, they will all begin another set of 25 1-Arm Thrusters except this time the previous 5 bikers will be pushing the sled for the 1st time while the pervious 5 sleds will now be biking for the 1st time. In 4 rounds, you will push the sled 2x and bike 2x…as fast as you can consistently go for the remainder of the 4 minute period.
