Barbells for Boobs Fundraiser WOD

Skill/Strength

Team up and Warm up

WOD:
“Helen meets Grace”
Teams of two
3 Rounds for time
Run 400m
21 Swings 53/35#
12 Pull ups
then…
30 Clean and jerks 135/95#

*One partner works at a time; split reps as you see fit
** Both partners must run 400m together
*** You can have 2 kettlebells (dif weights) for each team but only ONE bar per team. You can have additional bumpers to add/subtract from that bar to get desired weight.

Dirty WOD 
Every man and woman for themselves.
100 Calories on the Bike in 1 minute increments with 2 minute rest periods
100 Calories on the Rower in 1 minute increments with 2 minute rest periods
2500 Meter Run
Athletes will have to share bikes and rowers and refresh the monitors for each other. Once the Bike is complete, athletes can move onto the rower and eventually finish with the run.
