Clean & Jerk – Build to a 1 Rep Max in 15 min

-All athletes will start with an empty barbell and have exactly 15 minutes to find their 1 rep max Clean & Jerk

1 min rest 

9 Min AMRAP

15 Toes to Bar

10 Deadlift (115/75)

5 Snatch (115/75)
