10 Push Press (115/85) No jerks allowed!

10 KB Swings (53/36)

10 Box jumps (24/20)

Back in 2010 when this WOD first appeared, some of the best men in the world were getting 18+ rounds complete and some of the best women were getting 15+ rounds complete (on a 24″ box!)
