150 AbMat Sit-Ups (DB Anchored Wall Facing)

150 Alternating Jumping Lunges

150 KB Swings (53/36) Rx+ 70/53

1000 Meter Run

Teams can divide up work however you like. Only 1 teammate can work at a time. Athletes of different skill levels can team up and each athlete can scale the workout however they need to.
