3 Rounds For Time

20 Power Snatch (95/65) Rx+ 115/75

20 Wall Ball (20/15)

20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65) Rx+ 115/75

20 Front Squats (95/65)

20 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65) Rx+ 115/75

 

Notes – Make sure that whatever weight you choose for the workout, you can Touch-n-Go the barbell for the at least 5 reps in a row on both the Power Snatch & the Sumo Deadlift High Pull.
