5 Sets of 3 Unbroken Reps – 90 seconds rest b/w sets
Make these pull-ups as challenging as possible. For example, minimal band assistance or no bands, little bit of extra weight or lots of extra weight. Adjust your loads per set to ensure you complete 3 reps per set.
