Friday is going to be a BIG DAY. We have longtime members who are moving away and many college students graduating so we are going to send them off to their exciting futures sore as heck!!!
That means today should be a little bit light but don’t be fooled. Today’s workout can be the hardest of your life if you let it! Lets let it!
WOD
4 Sets – 4 minutes of Work per Set – 8 minutes of Rest b/w Sets
Each Set will start with
2:30 AirBike AMRAP (1 Cal = 1 Point)
immediately followed by
1:30 Sled Drag AMRAP (45/35) 1 Length = 25 Points!!!)
