Front Squat

2 sets of 2 Reps at 5 to 10# less than your benchmark weight

If you did not do the benchmark, then I want two sets of 2 reps at a challenging but not maximal effort

OPEN WOD 11.4 

10 min AMRAP

60 Bar Facing Burpees

30 Overhead Squat (120/90)

10 Muscle Ups

 

If you cannot load the overhead squat, then perform front squats.

If you can load the overhead squat, then perform them at a lighter weight before scaling to a heavier front squat.
