19.2 is 16.2, but cooler. This time you have a guaranteed 8 minute workout instead of a possible 4 minute workout. This workout format is called a gated workout where completion of work provides you more time to complete more work. Fail to complete the Rx workload in the specified time period and your workout ends.
OPEN WOD 19.2
In 8 minutes, attempt to complete the following work (Round 1 & 2)
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
15 Squat Cleans (135/85)
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
13 Squat Cleans (185/115)
If you get that work done in 8 minutes, then you have till 12 minutes to complete the following work (Round 3)
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
11 Squat Cleans (225/145)
If you get that done before 12 minutes, then you have till 16 minutes to complete the following work (Round 4)
25 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
7 Squat Cleans (275/175)
If you get that done before 16 minutes, then add your final 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to the final challenge!

Stop at 20 minutes.
Athletes, the toes to bar and the doubles unders remain constant at 25 and 50. The squat clean reps decrease from 15 to 13 to 11 to 9 and finally to 7 as the weights increase steeply per set!
Lets start with the Toes to Bar!
For many of us, the first 50 toes to bar are going to take up a few minutes of the first 8 minutes. Ensure that you don’t complete those first 25 T2B as fast as possible! Don’t get me wrong, you need to move quick but your second set of T2B have to be strong too, especially if you want a shot at all 13 reps on the second barbell!
Next on the list is double unders!
I bet you know exactly what 50 doubles unders means for you in terms of set size. Do your best, stay focused, stay positive and stay in position!
Finally, the squat cleans!!! Singles for sure, smooth as possible for sure and below parallel for sure. Athletes, you can have your barbell adjusted for you by a buddy during the WOD, which is nicer than doing it yourself
If you get into the 1st 4 minutes, you’re a beast! If you get into the 2nd 4 minutes, you’re a monster! If you get into the final 4 minutes, you’re getting sponsored!
