Banded X March – 2 min x 1 set

Skill/Strength

Back Squat – Build up to 1 set of 5 reps at 70-80% of your 1 Rep Max

Athletes, if your hips and mid-back are fatigued from the KB swings on Tuesday, then please make sure your barbell weight is commensurate with your fatigue

WOD

20 min AMRAP

50 Air Squats

50 Hollow Rock

50 Calorie Row

 

Athletes, if 19.1 this Friday is a big deal for you, then I would slow your pace on this WOD. I would go at half speed and possibly decrease the volume from 50s to 30s.
