Partner Up and Warm Up
WOD
Partner A will row for 4 Minutes while Partner B will alternate between 1 minute AMRAPs of either alternating side medicine ball slams or alternating single leg tuck ups. After 4 minutes, the athletes will switch with Athlete B moving onto the rower and Athlete A moving onto the side slam balls and single leg tuck ups. We will complete 4 rounds of this for a total of 32 Minutes of work
