Weighted Strict Pull-ups – Work to a 2 rep max

Athletes who don’t have weighted strict pull-ups are going to find a scale that allows them to achieve 1 to 5 consecutive reps at max effort. Use this day to establish a vertically pulling benchmark that you can retest.
