Athletes, complete 1 Round (21 reps) within each minute for as many consecutive minutes as possibly. Infinite! Eventually you’ll get tired, slow down and the minute will end before you’re done, and then you’re done! This is both a physically and mentally challenging format.
During warm-ups build up to a weight and a rep number so that you can complete 1 round in about 40 seconds at 80% effort, that could be your starting weight. Scaling during the WOD is always a good idea, the goal is land somewhere b/w 12 and 20 rounds, good luck!
Final note, when you finish that last round with 1 second to spare, decided to go hard into the next round b/c partial rounds count everybody!
