Organize and Warm Up

WOD 

5 Sets – 4 min per set – 4 min rest b/w sets

Each set starts with a 500 meter Row Buy-In

Once the row is complete, in the remaining time complete as many KB Swings (53/36) as possible for the 1st, 3rd and 5th set.

Once the row is complete, in the remaining time complete as many power Clean + Overheads (115/75) Rx+ (145/100) as possible for the 2nd, 4th and 6th set.
