– the WOD portion has a weighted lunge that I almost never program
Thursday – Beach Muscle Chipper
Friday – This light weight high volume barbell, calisthenics, cardio WOD will either get you jacked overnight or give you 1 free cheat meal that won’t stick
Saturday – Intervals, the hard kind but not the hardest kind – don’t think, just go
Sunday – Station WOD, unique movements, unique equipment, great WOD to bring the other days together
